We start with a relaxed call where I get to know your business, your workflow, and what a better day to day would actually look like.

The right fit, honestly

I take on whole systems for startups, SMEs, charities and CICs, and defined projects, pilots or training for teams inside larger organisations. If it needs enterprise-scale delivery, I'll say so and connect you with the right specialists.

Design and build

I turn the problem into a clear system plan, then build the working version, test it properly, and refine it with you until it fits.

Launch and support

Delivery, your way

When it is working, you choose how we continue. There are two ways to work with me: a one-off project, or a project plus an ongoing retainer.

Project

Built, delivered, yours

One fixed fee. I design, build, document and hand it over. You own it outright, with no ongoing commitment.

Project + retainer

Ongoing partnership

Everything in a project, then I stay on a monthly retainer to keep improving it, ship new features and handle support as you grow.
